Change is the only constant in life. When I became a Pilates Instructor I went through changes mentally and physically. Some changes with Pilates were positive and some were negative. When I realized some of the negative changes were caused by stress they went away. Change happens through movement, physical and mental, and it’s up to us to know how to handle that change.
The results you see and feel in Pilates seem small but have lasting effects! Your mindset for your body and abilities improves, movements are easier and without pain, and you begin a lifelong practice. Private sessions, online and in person, will help you achieve your individual results. The results of Pilates change you, inside and out, which makes it a mind and body exercise.
When starting something new, especially exercise, there are a lot of questions at the forefront of your mind. No matter the question, it is not silly to ask! Questions help you learn and prepare.
