Hi! I’m Rachel Thompson and I love Pilates. I love movement, going for walks and listening to podcasts, being creative with yarn, and traveling with my husband, Mike.

This private session focuses on your goals and your level. Online sessions are available for out of state and in person for The Woodlands, TX.

Online Pilates Mat Class

Online classes are held once a month to enjoy with friends in any state. We laugh, move, and have fun together! You’ll feel taller and stronger after one class!

When you are busy and you know you are short on time, this session is the perfect fit. You make movement a priority and begin to live without pain. The session is a challenge and helps you achieve your goals!
