About Rachel

Hi! I’m Rachel Thompson and I love teaching Pilates. I went from being active and busy to slowing down because of knee pain. This knee pain put a stop to my running and I began Pilates. When I started Pilates, my pain went away, and strength took its place. Now I do Pilates everyday and feel strong!

Private Session
55 minutes

This private session is for your needs. Rachel listens to you and paints a picture for you to understand the movements. It’s a fun and safe environment, online and in person.

Online Mat Class

55 minutes

Online classes are held once a month to enjoy in any state. All levels are welcome, Rachel gives positive words of encouragement and will take you to the next level! If you’re craving a community that’s fun and exciting, sign up!

Private Session
30 minutes

When you are busy and you know you are short on time, this session is the perfect fit. You are important and your time is valuable. Rachel is your personal coach guiding you to a stronger self.
