Hi! I’m Rachel Thompson and I love teaching Pilates. I went from being active and busy to slowing down because of knee pain. This knee pain put a stop to my running and I began Pilates. When I started Pilates, my pain went away, and strength took its place. Now I do Pilates everyday and feel strong!
This private session is for your needs. Rachel listens to you and paints a picture for you to understand the movements. It’s a fun and safe environment, online and in person.
Online Mat Class
Online classes are held once a month to enjoy in any state. All levels are welcome, Rachel gives positive words of encouragement and will take you to the next level! If you’re craving a community that’s fun and exciting, sign up!

I’m stronger and no longer have foot pain. My balance is much better than it was, overall I feel physically and mentally healthy and strong. It’s made a huge difference in my life. Rachel has created an environment for me to feel safe and I trust her with my body plus we laugh a lot!
