I’ve struggled with posture and lack of core strength my entire life, so Pilates has been instrumental in helping me get my groove back. Since starting with Rachel, I’ve noticed less tension in my back and more ability to “feel” what better posture should be like. Additionally, through work on the Pilates equipment, I’ve worked on some muscles I didn’t know existed!
